Very well organized and thorough approach for presenting this complex subject. Meaningful quizzes and exam. Very user friendly and easy to navigate the user interface for content and tests. This is a well put together (content, on-line usability, etc.) of a complex, but much needed subject. Having the different options for assimilating the content is most useful: PDF, on-line, audio, various links... All in all, I am very satisfied and I'll recommend you with any opportunity. The words are empowering just by reading. I feel positive that this will be another arsenal and weapon against the unpleasant and undesirable human experience/encounters. May we all find True hope, healing and empowerment, away from the traditional western medicine I was once a part of. Where most of the staff/colleagues I've had several Non Therapeutic encounters.

My experience with the course so far

I really enjoyed this course and found it both inspiring and practical. It gave me a solid scientific foundation in positive psychology, along with concrete tools I can immediately apply in coaching. The balance between theory and real-life exercises helped me better understand how to support well-being, strengths, and personal development in clients. Completing the course strengthened my confidence as a coach and confirmed that positive psychology is a powerful, ethical, and effective approach.

Neuroscience Course

The course is more science based rather than practical and how to truly apply it to customers. I am in the earlier lessons, so possibly it is building a foundation that will help with the day-to-day implementation.
