A well of knowledge
I already knew a lot about aromatherapy and the benefits of a lot of indoor plants. But expanding that knowledge to include forests and trees which I already feel a deep connection with is even better. This course taught me so much more and now I'll be able to utilize it and help my friends, family and clients as well. I am very excited to have this added to my herbalist, yogi belt.

Supporting neurodivergent clients
I’ve realized that my coaching practice isn't just about what I know—it’s about how I show up. After completing this certification, I’m shifting away from the old medical model of "fixing" people and moving toward being a "barrier architect" who helps clients design lives that fit their unique brains. I’m looking forward to bringing these core pillars into my work: Embracing Authenticity: I’m learning to stop masking. By sharing my own experiences and being honest about my process, I can model the self-trust and boundaries I want my clients to have. It feels more human to say, "I’m still figuring this out," than to pretend I have all the answers. Designing for the Brain: I’m now focused on sensory-aware onboarding and flexible tools. Whether it's visual schedules or asynchronous options like voice notes, I want my practice to be accessible from the very first minute. Harnessing Strengths: Instead of focusing on what my clients can't do, I'm building "Competence Portfolios" to highlight their natural strengths—like pattern recognition or hyperfocus—giving them an anchor to hold onto when they’re feeling stuck. Regulated Presence: I’ve realized that my own nervous system is a tool. By incorporating pre-session breathing and movement routines, I can enter our sessions grounded and ready to co-regulate, making our space a truly safe place for my clients to unmask. I’m moving away from rigid, one-size-fits-all agendas. My goal is to build a practice where my clients don't just survive in neurotypical systems but actually thrive because they’ve built a life that honors their rhythm. It’s about resonance, not polish—and I can’t wait to start.
