I love the way its structured this Positive Psychology course, it has a lot of interesting data and its fully connected to resent researchs. I love the examples and exersices that we have access trough the course. Its a great combination betweem theory and practice.

Each module has been insightful and helpful. I am recommending this on my face book page and in my Bible Study Groups. I am using these skills in my professional, volunteer and family relationships. It is worth every minute of time to do the course. It has lead me to outside sources to further investigate these skills.

I'm learning a lot. All the plants and their benefits ! All the trees and their benefits. I feel good just reading about it. Still wish there were a person to look at while listening. Thats just me.
