The course content flows well and is relevant - there could be a variation of presentations (ie: short videos of examples or varied forms of media) it is all reading.

The course is good. Easy to read and follow. Would be great if there was an app.

Appreciate the step by step, model answers and quiz style. Finding the content informative and helpful.

Repetitive

I understand why it’s set up this way, but it can be tedious, because new info is thrown in among a lot of restating and summarizing so you cant skip any sections but 90% of the info has already been presented. Really wish there were more specifics and examples. For example, it mentions teaching active listening skills, but doesn’t elaborate

This is a lovely structured but accessible way into the art of Sylvotherapy. A really enjoyable course with much to take from it, whatever level you're at.

In depth and detailed course content

Really brilliant course easy to digest material, and straight forward to understand. Having ADHD myself finishing things can often be a challenge, but the course was easy to digest and shed a lot of light on my own ADHD. I hope to use my learning to help other people.
