A wonderful and well-structured class

Thank you so much for such a wonderful and well-structured class. The learning process was very clear, engaging, and enjoyable. I truly appreciated how the course combined theory with practical exercises, allowing me to understand myself more deeply through self-reflection, assessments, and hands-on practice. One of the most valuable parts for me was the VIA Survey. It helped me reconnect with my top five character strengths and see how powerful it is to further develop what we are already good at, instead of constantly focusing on our weaknesses. This strength-based approach feels much more empowering and sustainable. I must admit that I was introduced to the VIA Survey about five years ago during my coaching studies, and I have been taking the test every year since then. However, studying positive psychology gave me a much deeper understanding of why this tool is so important. As human beings, we continuously grow and change, and our strengths can evolve over time. The VIA Survey helps us recognize the strengths that are most active at each stage of our lives. This insight has not only helped me understand myself better, but it has also enhanced my ability to understand and support my clients more effectively. Overall, this course has been a meaningful, enjoyable, and enriching learning experience. Thank you again for such an inspiring class.

Great principles

I have enjoyed the course so far (Completed two Modules). The principles in the modules so far are definite principles I followed and are found in scripture. Principle like loving and caring about everyone and not just caring about people I know personally. Having empathy for people who are facing challenges in their life.
