Ocean Therapy Course

I can't say enough how much I enjoyed this course. I am of the ocean, and this course opened my eyes to so many different studies, ideas and concepts that helped me understand why it is the ocean pulls me back! Highly recommend to those who feel a deep and emotional connection to the sea.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **An Incredible and Transformative Experience! ** I recently completed the Grief Coach Certification through Efficient Coach, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this course! As a mother who has experienced the loss of a child, grief is something I know personally and deeply. My own journey has led me to create a grief support community, write a book about grief and faith, and find ways to help others who are walking through some of the most difficult days of their lives. I enrolled in this course because I wanted to take that calling a step further. I wanted to gain a deeper understanding of grief, learn how to better support others, and eventually begin my own grief coaching practice. This course has been absolutely transformative! The amount of information, knowledge, and practical guidance provided throughout the program was incredible. It helped me understand grief from so many different perspectives and introduced me to approaches and techniques that I can use to support others in a meaningful and compassionate way.
